Our Delivery Promise
- Fast Fulfilment
- We aim to deliver your order within 72 hours (3 working days) from the time of confirmation.
- If certain products are temporarily out of stock or still in transit from our suppliers, we will promptly notify you and advise on the expected delivery date.
- Proactive Communication
- In the event of any changes, delays, or stock unavailability, our team will contact you via your registered phone number or email to provide an update and alternative arrangements if necessary.
Operating Hours for Deliveries
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- No Deliveries: Sundays & Public Holidays

Orders of SGD 399.00 or above are eligible for complimentary delivery
Standard Delivery Fee
Orders below SGD 399.00 will incur a flat delivery charge of SGD 45.00 per location.
Urgent / Same-Day Delivery
- Available upon request and subject to delivery slot availability at SGD 45.00 per location.
- To arrange urgent delivery, please contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp after placing your order.
Important Delivery Guidelines
- Delivery Coverage
- Deliveries are available only within mainland Singapore.
- Additional charges may apply for restricted areas and offshore locations such as Sentosa and other islands.
- Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available to receive the delivery during the selected time slot, a re-delivery fee of SGD 45.00 will apply.
- To avoid extra charges, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the confirmed delivery time.
- Handling Cold & Perishable Items
- If your order includes chilled, frozen, or perishable goods, please ensure someone is available to receive them immediately upon delivery to avoid spoilage.
- Direct Wholesale will not be responsible for any quality deterioration due to unattended deliveries.
- Delivery Acknowledgement
- Upon delivery, our driver will present a delivery invoice for your signature.
- By signing, you confirm that all items were received in good condition and match your order.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
- Once products are delivered and acknowledged, please store them in appropriate conditions as indicated on their packaging.
- Direct Wholesale will not be held responsible for product quality concerns arising from improper storage after delivery.
