• Availability - Delivery slots are available Monday to Saturday and are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Service Area - Delivery is only available within mainland Singapore.
• Perishable Goods - Customers must ensure prompt receipt of perishable goods upon delivery to maintain freshness and quality.
• Missed Deliveries - If a delivery is missed, a redelivery fee of SGD 15.00 will apply.
• Fulfilment Timeline - Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours from the time of purchase, subject to stock availability.
