Chilli Brand Red Rice vermicelli is made using Red Cargo Rice as the main rice ingredient
Our ingredients: Red Rice (80%), Rice, Sago Starch, Corn Starch.
Can be used in the same way as white rice vermicelli, and is slightly softer in texture.
It has a reddish brown color due to anthocyanin pigment in red rice
It has a slightly nuttier taste compared to white rice vermicelli
