Polenghi Mascarpone - Carton
Sweet, delicious, soft, thickened cream is most well known as the main ingredient in tiramisu. Great for pastry applications, you can use it in mousse, cheesecake, sorbet, and ice cream! Mascarpone is also enjoyed as an ingredient in many savory sauces, ravioli fillings, and added to polenta.
